The impact of Mastering Physics
Pearson researchers followed students over two semesters (fall 2015 and fall 2016) of introductory physics courses at Penn State University (PSU). They collaborated with faculty to complete two studies that explored the relationship between performance on Mastering Physics homework and scores on end-of-course exams, and external assessments. The research also looked at the performance of students who access hints without penalty points when completing Mastering Physics questions and problems.
